A viral video has captured a landlady allegedly assaulting a male tenant. According to the tenant, the confrontation began after he requested a refund over poor services. He claimed that instead of resolving the issue amicably, the landlady attempted to forcefully evict him without the refund. In the video, the landlady is seen approaching the tenant and threatening to slap him for filming her. The video ended with her approaching him closely. “I Requested a Refund from my Landlady Because the Services I Paid For Were Not What I Was Receiving. Instead Of Resolving The Issue, She Attempted To Forcefully Evict Me From The Property Without Refunding My Balance,” the tenant said. “To Make Matters Worse, She Ass@ulted Me And Then Went Outside To Tell Area Boys (Thugs) That I Had Tried To Assault Her. “A Lot Of People Could Have Easily Believed Her Story Without Hearing My Side Of The Matter. Thankfully, This Video Captured Everything That Happened. It Literally Saved Me From What Could Have Turned Into a Case Of Jungle Justice.
