A Christian school kindergarten teacher has admitted having sx with a female student, including on school grounds, class trips and even sleepovers at the teen girls house. Torrie Lemon, now 24, pleaded guilty in Indiana Thursday, May 14, to one count of child seduction as a Level 5 felony and was sentenced to 40 days in jail to be followed by nearly four years probation. The now-fired Colonial Christian School teacher, who had already spent a month in jail awaiting trial, is set to be separately sentenced Friday, May 15, to two other child seduction charges in the same case filed in a neighboring county in suburban Indianapolis. The relationship was exposed on an April school trip to South Carolina when another girl saw messages on the teens phone in which the teacher discussed climaxing and laying in bed with the then-17-year-old student, according to court documents. The teacher was immediately sent home from the school trip, and confessed to cops. I was having an inappropriate relationship with a student from our school, she told investigators. The girl, meanwhile, told officers that she had struck up a friendship with the teacher, which developed when they started chatting about their attraction to women. The girl said she and Lemon wanted it to just be a friendship as it went against their beliefs as Christians, according to court documents. The pair said they had sx at the teachers apartment, which is on school grounds. Lemon was also allowed to sleep over at the girls home, where they shared a pull-out couch in the basement and the girl started asking her parents about the age of consent, which is 16 in Indiana. The girls dad said he knew his daughter kissed, hugged and cuddled the teacher, but didnt report it as he did not want Lemon to lose her job, the court documents said.
