In a post shared on his handle, teh Nigeria man said hi Uncle who has been in Canada for six years recently visited Nigeria and was shocked at how the cost of staple food and other basic items have skyrocketed. He mentioned that his Uncle who was in Abuja during his visit, visited a supermarket to buy three loaves of bread and was shocked when the cashier told him his bill was N12, 000, that is N3, 000 per loaf. He mentioned that his Uncle got another shocker when he discovered he had spent N300, 000 alone just to fuel the SUV he borrowed from his friend that he used for transportation during his visit.
